Refund policy

Please note that customer service and the quality of our products are our top priorities, if you encounter any issues related to your order, please contact me directly, but please be sure to check your item immediately upon receipt.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact us within 3 business days to return it.

Please note that it must include your order number so that I can be sure to issue the correct refund, if applicable. You will be responsible to pay for return shipping costs, and I will refund your original purchase price once the item is received in new, unworn condition, if applicable. After 3 business days, we will mark your order as satisfactory and refunds/exchanges will no longer be issued. No returns will be accepted on custom or personalized items unless there was a mistake on our end.
